How to purchase?
Browse & decide. You can browse our items and find out your favorite items. Once, you have decide the items, you can send your order form to us. We will inform you via email the total amounts including delivery charges within 48 hours. There is no obligation on your side at this stage.
Pay & receive. We will post your items by a courier service, once we have received your payment. The items should arrivel within 48 hours. Depends on your location. For International customers, your purchases may take up to 3 to 5 working days.
How much is the courier fees?

How long does it take for items to arrive?
It depends on your location. The items should reach you within 48 hours after your payment. If you do not receive the items after 3 days, please call us immediately. If you change your address, please inform us as soon as possible. Otherwise, postal fees will be charged again for the second deliver. If the second attempt fails as well, we will stop the delivery. Of course, we also welcome you to collect your items at our shop! We would be grateful if you could inform us the time you are unable to accept your delivery.
What should I do if I receive damaged items?
You must inform us within one week after you have received the damaged items.
We will replace the items for you once we have received the damaged items.
You can also exchange the damaged items at our shop too!

Can I cancel my orders?
You can cancel your order before you make any payment. Please inform us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel your order. Once you have made the payment, you are Not Allowed to cancel the order. However, you can replace those items with other items that are of same or higher prices before shipping. Please note that it the items that you want to exchange are more expensive,you neet to pay the extra amount of money.
